About me

My name is Nicole, and my passion for fitness has been a lifelong journey. I've always been into fitness, from playing netball and participating in little athletics as a child, to completing a half marathon and a Spartan obstacle course this year.

This journey inspired me to bring back Tempo Fitness Training, with a goal to motivate others, promote mental health through exercise, and provide a less intimidating environment for people, especially those with children, to access quality training.

My approach

Tempo Fitness Training is different because I focus on you as an individual, taking into account your lifestyle to create a realistic and achievable fitness plan. I believe in the importance of exercise to improve mental health, offering a unique approach to personal training in Doreen, that prioritises your overall well-being.
