At Tempo Fitness Training, I offer a range of training options tailored to suit your individual fitness goals. Whether you thrive in a one-on-one setting or prefer the energy of a group, I have a program for you.
Personal training and group training sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes and are held in my private home gym.
Group sessions are a combination of cardio, weights, boxing and circuit training.

Payment & Policies
Please note the cancellation policies:
- 24-hour cancellation notice required. Missed sessions can be made up within 1 month.
- 2 weeks' notice required to cancel membership.
