Personal training and group training sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes and are held in my private home gym.

Payment & Policies
I accept direct debit payments for all of the training packages. Please note the cancellation policies:
- 24-hour cancellation notice required. Missed sessions can be made up within 1 month.
- 2 weeks' notice required to cancel direct debit and membership.
There are no hidden costs.
